Synthetic medium duty (wire) drawing and forming fluid

Description
Milform 6230 is a medium-duty, synthetic (wire) drawing and stamping lubricant for non-ferrous and ferrous metals. Milform 6230, when added to water, forms a transparent solution with exceptional film strength and friction reducing properties.

Application
Milform 6230 is used very successfully in (coarse) copper wire drawing applications replacing traditional emulsion type products on for example Niehof lines. Next to copper wire drawing the Milform 6230 is also suitable for general forming applications like stamping, roll forming, bending etc. on non-ferrous and ferrous metals. Milform 6230 may be applied using spray, roller, drip or brush methods and is compatible with re-circulation systems.
