Heavy duty evaporative lubricant
Milform 2220 is an “Evaporative” lubricant developed for high collar fin stamping and aluminium tube forming.
Application
Milform 2220 is primarily used to clean high fin collars (typical up to 4 fins per inch) in the heat transfer industry. Milform 2220 is suitable for both aluminium and copper. The “Evaporative” nature of this unique lubricant provides high boundary lubrication, but without leaving unsightly residues that interfere with subsequent assembling and/or manufacturing processes. Milform 2220 may be applied by spray, roller, drip or brush methods.
